Due to rapid expansion, The Testing Lab PLC (TTL) have a new opportunities for an **experienced Legionella Risk Assessor.**

The role is varied and can involve visiting multiple sites each day to undertake water system monitoring and maintenance tasks covering Dorset and surrounding areas. You will be required to attend Head Office in Doncaster, occassionally.

**Your key responsibilities are**:

- Undertake site risk assessment surveys of domestic and commercial sites, in accordance with ACOP L8 requirements
- Produce reports using our bespoke software, reporting remedial actions and maintenance
- Undertake routine maintenance activities as instructed
- Temperature recording
- Cleaning and descaling of shower heads/sprays
- Servicing of thermostatic mixer valves (TMV)

**Required Skills**:

- Able to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Experience of working within the water hygiene industry with good knowledge of legislation
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Travel occasionally may be required
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
