As our next payroll specialist, you'll be a key part of our PRO (HR) function.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be detailed-oriented and comfortable challenging the data where needed. Working within a small team, you'll be responsible for guaranteeing an effective and efficient service by maintaining end-to-end payroll processing for the EMEA region support centre.

You're interested in proactively supporting the wider reward team and would want to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. In this role, you will be able to communicate with a range of stakeholders.

Your remit would be to provide effective payroll processing for the EMEA support centre, whilst also being comfortable challenging the data where needed. You would love being a team player and would be motivated by making a difference within Starbucks.

The Key Requirements...
- proven payroll processing experience
- good analytical and problem-solving skills
- proactive, detail-oriented, organised, and highly collaborative
- ideally experience with ADP Global view.
- strong Microsoft Excel skills
