We are actively searching for a Warehouse & Inventory Analyst to join a flagship new development in the Derby area

**Client Details**

My client is a global fashion & retailing leader who are operating a new flagship 1.2 million sq. ft. site in the Derby area With a warehouse throughput of between 70k-90k items per day - they have developed one of the most sophisticated and leading warehousingsites in the United Kingdom.

**Description**

The successful Warehouse & Inventory Analyst will report into the Warehouse Operations Manager on a daily basis. You will cover either a 0600-1800 or a 1800-0600 permanent days or nights pattern. You will also be required to work on a 4on4off basis:

- You will be responsible for controlling the release of workload from the WMS into the operation to ensure efficiency and capacity are effectively managed to maintain the smooth flow of workload to meet customer demand.
- Analysis warehouse throughput, allocate and release workload for e-commerce order
- Liaising with the senior operational team to ensure functionality of the DC to achieve service level agreements and operational targets
- Conduct successful inventory management for lost items
- Analyse and prepare KPI's around site stock and inventory for operational leaders
- Identifying operational, CI & Kaizen improvement opportunities in line with Six-Sigma CI.

**Profile**

As a Warehouse & Inventory Analyst you will be joining a brand new, start-up, operation As such - you will have the drive and passion for everything warehousing and inventory related You will ideally have the following background
- 3+ years experience in warehousing & logistics
- A background in stock, inventory, WMS, analytics or control room environments.
- The ability to work on a 4on4off shift pattern
- The ability and desire to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Commutable to the Derby area

**Job Offer**
- £28,000 on Days
- £36,000 on Nights
- 5% pension contributions
