We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team in Derby, United Kingdom. The role involves handling goods, preparing orders, and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading goods for storage and distribution.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy by updating stock records.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
  • Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (if qualified).
  • Following health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse is preferred but not essential.
  • Good physical fitness to handle manual work.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible working hours, including potential shifts and overtime.
  • Forklift license is a plus.
