**Role Summary**
- Supporting the Construction and Operations Teams.
- Running and enhancing the eSourcing Portal.
- Maintenance of budgeting and costing tools in the various countries.
- Maintenance of data, contract register and contract KPIs.
- Contractor and supplier engagement and new market development.

- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills - specifically Excel.
- Experience running RFX activities, short tender processes and procurement contract processes (Desirable)
- Using and maintaining an eSourcing portal/platform (Desirable)
- Contract Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Experience (Desirable)
- Restaurant or Construction knowledge (Desirable)

This role will be covering the UK, France, Germany Spain & Portugal. As part of the role you must be comfortable with travel as well as the occasional overnight stay & commuting to the Support Office in London.
