JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Coordinator role is to support the AtlasEdge group procurement team with critical administrative and transactional supply chain activities. We are a very ambitious, fast growing European Data Centre business and this growth will be enabled primarily by the development of new locations currently being acquired. Our supply chain is complex and covers goods and service across four critical areas of the business (Site Operations, Construction, Long Lead Equipment and Energy) as well as ‘indirect’ supporting services. Our supplier partnerships are critical to our success and we are looking for an energetic individual who will embrace the broad exposure and development opportunity that this role represents.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Provides first-line support to the business, handling general queries and triaging support requests.
  • Hosts regular training sessions with stakeholders to embed repeatable procurement processes.
  • Becomes the subject matter expert (SME) for Connexa (our supplier management portal).
  • Monitors and reports supplier ‘compliance’ statistics and co-ordinates improvement activities.
  • Processes supplier Onboarding Requisitions to ensure new suppliers are correctly set up on AtlasEdge ERP (purchase/payment) systems.
  • Processes PO Requisitions to ensure POs (‘purchase orders’) are raised on AtlasEdge ERP (purchase/payment) systems both accurately and timely in line with procurement policy and finance/business rules.
  • Manages ‘receipting’ of POs so that invoices and suppliers payments are processed in a timely way.
  • Works in collaboration with the Accounts Payable team to ensure effective ‘Purchase-to-Pay’ processes.
  • Develops a reporting suite for clear communication (of P2P status) to the business.
  • Contributes to a continuous improvement working group focused on supplier payment on-time performance.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergrad degree in a business related discipline (preferred not essential).

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Experience working in corporate environment in a Finance, Procurement or related discipline.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Purchase-to-Pay processes would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, facilitating quick decision making.
  • Excellent people and communication skills. Can challenge, educate and influence stakeholders.
  • Can do attitude, self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
