We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active, and self-motivated individual to join the UK Sheet Plant Division as our Direct Sales Representative, providing packaging services to a whole range of customers. This role will be responsible for managing an existing customer base across the sites whilst identifying new opportunities that maximise benefits for both us and the customer. Working with your colleagues in Design and Commercial, you will review costings and build proposals for each customer to best meet the their needs. There is also opportunities to collaborate with the customers to identify opportunities in their supply chain to improve efficiencies and reduce cost through development of innovative solutions.

Being organised with fantastic attention to detail is vital to this role as you will ensure our pricing & costing documents and customer quotes are all accurate and updated as needed. This role is a central part of our team and deals with lots of different information, so being able to a variety of stakeholders and internal partners is key to being successful in this role. You will also be liaising directly with customers so a perfect role for a natural people-person.

**About you**
- You'll have direct sales experience - ideally within a B2B FMCG environment
- Strong telephone manner and able to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to work independently but also comfortable building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders around the business
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time
- Computer literate, especially on Microsoft package
