Accounts Payable

As an Accounts Payable & Inventory Clerk it is your responsibility to always represent Levan Machine & Truck Equipment in a professional manner. You will handle the entering of accounts payable invoices, including reconciling with the purchase orders. This will also include receiving functions & duties including daily UPS/FedEx check-ins as well as outgoing shipments. Additional duties will be the transferring of inventory parts to jobs, ordering of stock parts as well as other items, and assisting all business functions within the department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Enter Accounts Payable invoices and reconcile them with Purchase Orders
- Responsible for all Receiving functions, including receipts and updating E2
- Checking in and receiving daily UPS and FedEx
- Coordinate outgoing UPS & FedEx shipments
- Order parts as needed for stock and customer jobs
- Update project To-Do-Board after receiving PO’s
- Coordinate administrative duties as needed
- Responsible for inventory transfers to job
- Handle specified warranty returns
- Other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:
A minimum of two years’ experience in the auto/truck industry including but not limited to truck equipment sales, maintenance, repair and/or service, or parts sales is preferred.
- Accounts Payable experience helpful but not required
- Customer service experience required
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Proficient computer and math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required

**COMPENSATION**:
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week + 5 hours OT/week). Additional overtime opportunities may be required as needed.
