Wirral Metropolitan College are currently looking for learning support assistants and carers who can work full-time within their construction provision.

If you've never worked with this team before then you won't yet know this but... _This team is absolutely amazing to work with._

They care so much about their learners and staff and you are always supported and made to feel like a member of the family.

**What do you need?**
You won't need any particular experience, they are all about giving people a chance and supporting them to be their best selves. The only hard requirement is level 2 maths and English as you are supporting learners in education.

This role is until the end of the academic year and usually beyond (with a good chance you'll go permanent).

Hours do occasionally vary but they always aim to give you the hours that you're looking for. The vast majority of LSAs at the college stay on the same timetable and the department is very good at making sure everyone is happy.

Think of this role as a stepping stone, the college takes on a good number of our temporary workers on permanently at the end of the year and many that have been placed have gone on to do their PGCEs and become teachers both at the college and elsewhere. If you want to get in on education, this is a great opportunity to do so.
