- Supporting students with additional support needs including care needs across a range of curriculum areas.
- To provide appropriate support for individual or groups of students in/out of class, in accordance with their individual support plan, so that they achieve their learning goals.

**About You**
- Experience of supporting/caring for young people and adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of how to work with others to support learning.
