Creative & Content Executive

**What you'll do**:
You will develop, create and optimise content strategy to ensure optimum customer conversion and brand engagement. You will ensure all product photography and videography presents the company’s products in a desirable and clear way, on brand for the target audiences. You will create storytelling videos and messages to the customer and manage social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. You will manage all content creative including graphic design, copy and video ensuring all meet brand guidelines and aesthetic.

Alongside this, you will have excellent copywriting skills with experience within social media, preferably with a home improvement brand. You will work closely with the Managing Director and external marketing agency, often to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating all digital assets to sit across social media, website, eshot etc - focus on video.
- Designing all in print assets including brochures, adverts, mailouts etc
- Develop creative campaigns to promote events such as exhibitions we are attending/open days at our show gardens.
- Manage, build and grow the company’s brand across all social media accounts.
- Identify industry trends and develop social media strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Create a content calendar of key events and build excitement around them.
- Managing and updating the website
- Copywriting for on and offline content
- Provide monthly reports on the performance of social and event activity.
- Stay up to date with the latest home and garden improvement trends.

Qualifications:

- Photography and videography experience - qualification not essential but 2+ years of real life product photo/video experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite software; InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator. After Effects is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with presentation software is beneficial, such as PowerPoint, but not essential.
- Experience of website back-end (CMS) is beneficial but not essential.
- Knowledge of home improvement trends.
- The ability to work to strict deadlines and work under pressure managing several projects at a time.
