As a Social Media Specialist at Grandpa's Cakes, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating compelling content, and engaging with our online community. Your role will include:

- Developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Managing the social media calendar and scheduling posts in advance.
- Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analysing social media metrics and using data to optimise content and strategies.
- Keeping up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- Part time post.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for baked goods and an understanding of our target audience (grandpas and their loved ones) is a plus
