**Communications Fulfilment Assistant**

**Location**: Hybrid with visits to our office in Bedworth as and when required.

**Salary**: Competitive

**Contract Type**:Part Time - 25 hours per week. Core hours Monday to Friday 6:30/7:00am start with flexible options on finishing times up until 2pm each day.**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Communications Fulfilment Assistant to join our Marketing & Data Operations team here at Domestic & General. Reporting into the Communications Fulfilment Manager and working as part of a small team you will be responsible for managing Domestic & Generals UK and International mailing data. The team ensure that all data received is captured and processed in a timely manner so that service level agreements are achieved.

**About the Role**:

- Assist the Communications Fulfilment Manager to encourage a spirit of teamwork, communication, and co-operation by all members of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the team on a day-to-day basis.
- To oversee the day to day tasks of the Communications Fulfilment team to ensure all KPI’s are achieved. Flag any misses.
- Have a full understanding of all MI available to aid in decision making with regards mailing output.
- Oversee & Monitor on volumes of all mailing data received daily. Ensure any discrepancies are reported to the relevant areas to solve any issues.
- Aid with forecasting mailing schedules into the Call Centre teams
- Support with the preparation of mailing forecasts to the mailing house as required a month in advance of the mailing start date.
- Contribute with forecasting of production schedules to the Production supplier, monitor and make any necessary changes in order that SLA’s are achievable.
- Ensure all data received is correctly identified, named, moved to correct holding location and processed within SLA
- Maintain +PA / Connect print queuing system in line with Communication Fulfilment team responsibility to include Lookup updates / changes.
- Create briefs / jobsheets for production for BAU and any adhoc mailings detailing full instructions, manage schedule and ensure mail out date is met.
- Ensure all Jobsheet lookup tables are up to date with all latest versions of stock in use. Amend & add new versions where necessary to lookup tables.
- Handle day-to-day enquiries with regards the supply of Proofs, mailings, Jobsheets, data and any other mailing related issues.
- Report any potential problem areas and suggest solutions where appropriate.
- Maintain & update SOP manuals, as necessary.
- Attend daily/weekly team briefings to discuss service levels and any issues occurring during the period.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Knowledge of either, Direct Mail, Transactional or Print Management
- Previous experience in similar role would be desirable but not essential
- Experience of dealing with Customer Correspondence & Telephone Call Handling
- Self-motivated - able to work without supervision
- Confident, assertive, and enthusiastic.
- Able to tolerate a certain level of stress
