**Main Purpose**

In this role you will be required to carry out general administrative duties. You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and attention to detail. You will be working within the warehousing department dealing with orders, co-ordinating deliveries in and out, purchase orders, reporting and fielding department communications.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Delivery issue reporting, investigation and returns chasing
- Delivery invoice monitoring
- Positive delivery confirmations
- Proof of Deliveries - chasing and processing confirmations
- Liaising with clients, managing agents and sub-contractors for purchase orders prior to delivery of consumables
- Stores invoice checking
- Report generating/preparation
- Ad-hoc tasks as advised by Support Services Manager
- Processing orders, logging, and tracking
- Stock control
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety
- Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and clients
- Direct, help, field, and prompt communication in and out of the Warehouse Department
- Preparing shipping documents such as Invoices, purchase orders and Billing
- Manual stock checks and date checks of warehouse inventory
- Monthly consumable reports
- Parking Fine Appeals
- Fleet list updates
- Complete Driver Licence Checks and communicate result to relevant departments
- Issuing of interim stores orders
- Issuing of PPE/Uniform
- Update the Machinery/Asset database on both Excel and Pat guard
- Act as central conduit for information

**The skills required**:

- The job requires general administrative experience, good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft office/Outlook/Excel
- At least 2 years of previous experience within an administrative role - essential
- Previous experience of Warehouse Administration and advantage but training will be provided
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and use own initiative when required
- Minimum of GCSE grade D or equivalent in Maths and English

**Salary & Benefits**
- 23 days plus 8 Bank Holidays
- Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours per week / 9:00AM to 17:30PM

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
