Role: Administrator
- Salary: £Competitive
- Location: Chard, Somerset, (TA20 2DA)
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00am to 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am to 12:30pm
- Contract type: Fixed Term, Full-Time,
- Overall Responsibilities
- Reporting to the PM, carry out any admin duties associated with the project, as directed
- Support the order book /production transition by performing ERP system transaction as directed and working collaboratively within a cross functional team
- Detail Tasks
- Load, update, cancel sales orders in BW and receiving site ERP systems
- Interface with relevant site contacts and internal teams in the reconciliation of demands across all sites
- Updating relevant documentation in the ERP system, Excel trackers to enable effective feedback to internal stakeholders on progress on performance against plan
- As directed, carry out any admins tasks associated with the product transfer
- Support the efficient running of all admin activities
- Attend reviews to provide feedback on project progress
- Other Duties
- Any other duties that may be required to ensure the smooth operation of the project
- Required
- Desirable use of Oracle or other ERP system
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to focus on and deliver to tight timeframes and schedules
- What we offer:

- Working Hours - 37.5 Hours - Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1700 (with 45 minute lunch) and Friday 0800 - 12.30
- Immediate access to Pension Scheme: Contributions from Employee 5%, Employer 7%
- Annual Leave is 27 days plus statutory bank holidays
- Christmas to New Year shutdown taken from AL (this year will be from 24th Dec to the 2nd Jan inclusive, will only use 3 Annual leave days)
