Are you a dynamic individual who wants to refine and develop skills within a growing fast-paced company?

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Accounts Assistant to provide necessary support to the Accounts Department. You need to be a dynamic individual who is willing learn all aspects of the business to support as and when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that sales invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner, resolving any issues which may be raised by a customer
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Processing and entering supplier invoices into Xero
- Assisting the Sales team with any account related queries
- Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns

**Key Skills and Person Specification**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Self-motivated while being able to work with others
- Excellent organisational skills with a true ability to multitask
- Possess a pro-active and positive attitude
- Detail orientated
- Eager to learn
- Highly responsible, trustworthy, and reliable
- Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list
- Basic Accounts Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Xero Accounting Software (ideal but not necessary)
