Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and technical leads, to understand and document technical processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Organize and structure Confluence spaces, pages, and documentation hierarchies to ensure easy navigation, searchability, and accessibility for internal stakeholders.
- Write, edit, and update technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, API references, and user guides, using clear and concise language tailored to the target audience.
- Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all Confluence pages and documents.
- Work closely with software development teams to gather technical information, review documentation drafts, and incorporate feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing documentation to identify outdated or inaccurate content, gaps in coverage, and areas for improvement.
- Train and support team members in Confluence usage and best practices for documentation creation, editing, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (5 years) as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist, with a focus on organizing and maintaining Confluence documentation for software engineering teams.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible documentation for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Confluence, including creating and managing spaces, pages, templates, macros, and permissions, as well as advanced features such as page layouts and blueprints.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, including Agile, Software Architecture, and DevOps, and experience documenting technical artifacts such as requirements, design specifications, and API documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather information, solicit feedback, and drive consensus on documentation standards and practices.
