Job Title - Fulfilment Associate
Salary - £23,500 p/a
Location - Weybridge, non-flexible
Full Time - 40hrs per week
Tempus Foods is a charcuterie producer based in Weybridge, Surrey. Operating for five years the business has grown steadily over that time and we are now in need of additional support in the fulfilment team. The role will be primarily based in a high care area within the production facility with some office work on occasion. You will work within a small team and be expected to take on multiple tasks within the business, adaptability is important.
The job does not require specific previous experience, but some experience in a food and/or fulfilment role would be highly advantageous. An enthusiasm to learn new processes and to cope flexibly with quickly changing situations is important. While usually your tasks will be defined by your supervisor, especially during times when you are providing cover you will need to be able to work responsibly under your own supervision.
**Core responsibilities**
- Packing and slicing products while monitoring quality in a high care area
- Processing customer orders and logging despatches and deliveries on the stock system
- Completing despatch and fulfilment requests within set timelines
**Required knowledge and skills**
- Proven track record of punctuality and professionalism within a work environment
- Ability to co-operate successfully with fellow staff at all levels
- Experience in in a food packaging role is desirable but not required. All training will be provided in house.
- Willingness to adapt to a changing role and duties
Reports to: General Manager / Fulfilment Manager
**Salary**: From £23,500.00 per year
