Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative to join the Landmarc Support Services team at Cameron Barracks in Inverness.

As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the Barracks by carrying out housekeeping and some light maintenance duties. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

This position is based on a Permanent contract, it’s a full-time role covering 37 hours per week with a requirement to work some weekends, this is reflected in our Variable Days Allowance.

Main Responsibilities
Looking after the Barracks general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose

Cleaning offices and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, showers blocks etc.

Light ground maintenance duties as required

Stock management

Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems

Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

Knowledge of Health & Safety, manual handling and safe systems of work

Basic Housekeeping and caretaking skills

Excellent communicator with people on all levels

Ability to complete documentation

Basic IT skills

Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
