As a TruckForce EHS Co-Ordinator, you will be a crucial member of our Health and Safety team, promoting and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our associates.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You need to have a passion for Health and Safety
- Experience within the automotive industry is essential. Experience within the tyre industry is desired.
- A NEBOSH General Certificate is preferable, however the ability to work towards a NEBOSH qualification is essential.
- Experience within a Health and Safety role is desired.
- An understanding of the importance of Health, Safety and Environment and knowledge of the industry including the risks associated with it is essential.
- You must have excellent communication and influencing skills.
- You must be able to build rapports quickly and solve problems.
- Needs to be flexible and self-motivated.
- A Full UK Driving License is required due to travelling required for role.

**Primary Purpose of the Position**:

- To raise the skill and competence level of the TruckForce Network ensuring the maintenance of the Health & Safety Management Systems & Environmental Management Systems in conjunction with the EHS team and to support the drive to eliminate incidents.
- To support the Service Network in a wide range of Health, Safety, whether on site or roadside, and vehicle knowledge enabling a best-in-class H&S culture driven service to our Fleets. To lead field-based reviews of network safety procedures including supporting incident investigation.
- Provide support to TruckForce Management team and Goodyear Truck team to develop knowledge and understanding of safety management systems and their development. Provide support to the marketing department where applicable for Commercial event.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Complete field-based reviews to support creation of H&S risk assessments, and to review and update these as and when required. (post incident or near miss, changes to processes or machinery).
- Support Hub Managers with incident investigations in line with SIP, analysing root causes and supporting on preventative actions.
- To conduct H&S audits throughout TruckForce locations, creating action plans where required and provide ongoing site visits.
- To support TruckForce safety culture development through field-based communication, delivering key messages and training, and playing a key part in our Safety Committee.
- To support the Network and Services Manager to review new dealer partners who want join our network, audit current dealer partners and support with investigations.
