**Your Role**

Join our dynamic team as Assistant Head of Sales and Marketing, stepping up during the Head of Sales and Marketing's absence. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the company's sales and marketing strategy, ensuring the successful execution of our brand roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales and marketing team, guiding and empowering three direct reports.
- Champion a results-oriented approach, driving sales growth and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimise the company's website and social media presence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Your Ideal Profile
- A proven track record of success in sales and marketing within a retail, operations, hospitality, educational activity, health club, leisure, or overseas seasonal management environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
- A self-starter with a passion for excellence and a commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building rapport with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Upon the Head of Sales and Marketing's return, the Assistant Head of Sales and Marketing will assume a vital role as the second-in-command, taking on international responsibilities that will drive sales growth and elevate our global presence.
- **Championing Success**: Identifying and implementing best practices from across the group's successful products, events, and promotions to enhance sales development strategies.
- **Enabling Country Marketing Teams**: Providing hands-on support to country marketing teams by optimising website and eshop management, including updating product databases, ensuring seamless website content organisation, and enhancing the overall user experience.
- **Managing Digital Assets**: Overseeing the management and optimisation of group assets, including videos and images, ensuring their consistent quality, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Stewarding the Group Website and Social Media Channels: Taking charge of the group's website and social media channels, ensuring they remain dynamic hubs of information, engaging content, and user-friendly navigation, driving brand awareness, fostering customer engagement, and amplifying our digital presence.

Location
- Remote working with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site at our Hampshire location in Whiteley.
