A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to lead a team providing a high-quality service for our customers, representing both Marshall Motor Group and one of our leading brands in this sales role.
Whilst based in our Fareham location, this role is responsible for all MB truck sales across our market area which covers Portsmouth (Fareham), Southampton & Andover.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of sales in the HGV & LCV market.
- Proven experience in building and leading a successful team.
- Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised in both new and existing markets.
- Managing relationships with brand partners and where appropriate with key customers.
- Working closely with the marketing manager to ensure products are marketed to maximise sales.
- Strategically assess sales processes to ensure they are continually reviewed and refined.
- Ensure adequate supply of new and used retail stock to achieve monthly sales objectives.
