Resource Coordinator

The position of
** Resource Co ordinator** is based primarily at
**The NEC**, the main responsibility of this role is to provide appropriately timed and skilled staff into our many shows, concerts, and events for.
Examples of the work you will be undertaking on a daily basis include:
- The staffing of all events within the business areas ensuring that the calibre of the people you deploy best represent the Amadeus and The NEC Group
- Being the first line contact for all variably paid employees and workers
- Responding to employee queries like booking shifts, holiday, updating availability and pay queries
- Using a workforce management system to schedule workloads.
- Ensure accurate inputting of data and GDPR
- Reacting to and implementing solutions regarding cancellations, shortfalls and changing business levels
- Maintain good communications across all areas of the business identifying any risks in the delivery of staffing levels to senior management, if needed.
- Building of relationships with internal workforce and external staff suppliers
- Working with the operational managers to ensure that the service we deliver to our customers is to the highest standard
- Due to the nature of our businesses and the role you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings
- Have experience within Admin
- Have experience with customer service
- Be proficient in IT packages including Microsoft Office Knowledge of workforce scheduling systems would be beneficial
- Have an excellent telephone manner gained in an office environment
- Be an excellent verbal and written communicator
- Be able to multitask with the ability to work on numerous projects at any given time, delivering all in a timely manner to a standard with excellent attention to detail
- Proactively seek solutions to issues that may arise
- Be customer focused
- Be experienced in high volume deployment
- Have a knowledge of catering operations
- Self motivated and able to work well as a team
