**About The Role**

The role reports into the board of directors and is to provide full support to the Group Commercial Director. The role is extremely varied, with no two days the same. Duties would include, but not be limited to:

- Complete diary management for the Group Commercial Director
- Creating engaging and dynamic presentations for sales meetings, client pitches and training sessions
- Provide clients with accurate and time efficient proposals and service agreements
- Assist with the onboarding process for all new starters
- Take full ownership of the tender process, including the creation of compelling bids
- Support the Group Commercial Director with all administrative duties
- Represent Triton Group and subsidiaries, becoming a brand ambassador for the company
- Any other ad-hoc duties

**About You**
- Must possess strong IT skills and the ability to prepare complex and detailed PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last minute changes
- Have a keen eye of detail and the confidence to contribute to Group Projects
- A proactive attitude, combined with passion and drive, is essential due to the nature of this role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Be confident when expressing opinions on projects and tasks
- Must be able to think about the overall team success, as well as your own, and take ownership of that success
- A full UK driving license as the role may involve some travel to sites

**Recruitment process**
- Advertising for 2 weeks
- Telephone interviews to take place throughout one week
- In-person interviews to take place over one week period
