Our practice offers a range of specialist treatments, cosmetic services and general dental healthcare. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Exceptional customer service, handling inquiries with detailed treatment knowledge.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the practice diary efficiently.
- Utilising software systems such as SOE (Software of Excellence), Outlook, Word, Google Mail, and Microsoft Applications.
- Social media interaction experience, particularly with Instagram and Facebook.
- Proactive organisation and coordination of daily tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a patient or treatment coordinator role or reception in a private dental practice.
- Proficient in SOE, Outlook, Word, Google Mail, and Microsoft Applications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically Instagram and Facebook.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach.
