Job Opportunity: Chauffeur/Handyman/Gardener
We are looking for skilled and versatile professional looking for a dynamic role that combines driving, handyman tasks, and gardening.
- Position: Chauffeur/Handyman/Gardener;
- Location: Virginia Water/Ascot
- Type: Full-time; 5.5 days a week; Live-in position;
- Experience: Have 5+ years’ experience with longevity in permanent Private Household roles;
- Have excellent contactable references for past 5 years;
- Salary: Starting from 40k per annum;
- Language requirements: English; additional knowledge of Russian language welcomed;
- Be (or be willing to be) DBS checked;
Key Responsibilities:
- **Chauffeur**:
- Proven experience as a chauffeur or similar role, with a deep understanding of traffic rules and regulations.
- Prioritise safety at all times, adhering to all driving laws and regulations.
- Safely transport passengers to various destinations in a timely manner.
- Valid UK driving licence and excellent driving record with no history of accidents or driving law violations.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey for family members and guests.
- Familiarity with central London, local routes, and traffic patterns to ensure efficient transportation.
- Attention to details and basic maintenance skills to keep the vehicles clean and troubleshoot for possible faults.
- Ensuring that vehicle interior, exterior and mechanically is always immaculately maintained.
- Running errands and other personal transportation requests;
- **Handyman**:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs within the premises.
- Proficient in general maintenance knowledge including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in work areas, plant rooms.
- Exterior Maintenance -cleaning gutters and downspouts, bins and gates, pressure washing exterior surfaces such as facade, patios, or sidewalks, repairing or replacing damaged fencing, gates, railings.
- **Gardener**:
- Work under supervision of Head Gardener.
- Maintain the landscape, ensuring a visually appealing and well-kept environment.
- Daily driveway up keeping and general ground cleaning from leaves and wood branches cleaning the property entrances, sweeping leaves, scraping out weeds.
- Watering plants and lawn regularly, daily fish feeding and pond cleaning;
