Here at **Peabody**, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Responsive Repairs Supervisor **on a**full-time,** **permanent**basis in**Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire. **In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to** £42,000 per annum.**

**What we're looking for in our Responsive Repairs Supervisor**:

- Experience operating within a similar role within the property maintenance sector- The following qualifications: NVQ Level 2 & 3 in plumbing & heating, Gas Safe registered, CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent- Good management skills and the ability to promote good team working- Committed to providing good customer service
**What you can expect to be doing as our Responsive Repairs Supervisor**:

- Pro-actively managing operatives, ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedure, and standards- Ensuring that all materials, equipment and time required are available to achieve a successful first-time fix and reduce follow on works- Positively challenging and promoting continuous improvement- Taking ownership of issues/problems and personally seeing them through to delivery- Ensuring records are kept of all meetings, inspections and any other appropriate documentation, that they are of decent quality and stored in the appropriate company specified locations- Being available for inclusion in the out of hours rota
**Weekly Hours**: Monday to Friday 08.00 -17.00

**Closing Date: **16/06/2023 23:59:00

This role will require a Basic DBS check and a full UK driver’s licence.
