- Do you hold the following qualifications: C&G 2365 level 3 or NVQ level 3 in electrical installation, CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent, C&G 2391-52: inspection and testing, C&G 2382-18: 18 edition
- Do you have good management skills and the ability to promote good team working?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor on a permanent basis in Houghton Regis.

**A bit about the role**:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will ensure that we remain gas compliant, whilst achieving high level customer satisfaction through ownership and pro-active management of colleagues, contractors.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- Pro-actively manage operatives, ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedure, and standards.
- Ensure that all materials, equipment and time required are available to achieve a successful first-time fix and reduce follow on works.
- To be able to positively challenge and promote continuous improvement.
- Ability to take ownership of issues/problems and personally see them through to delivery.
- Ensure records are kept of all meetings, inspections and any other appropriate documentation, that they are of decent quality and stored in the appropriate company specified locations.
- Be available for inclusion in the out of hours rota.
