Materials Administrator

**Reports To**: Materials Manager

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Holiday cover for reception duties
- Invoice processing.
- Respond to customer sales enquiries allocated to you (RFQ’s) within 36 hours or as soon as reasonably possible.
- Expedite open orders purchase and repairs to achieve on time delivery.
- Process Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Exchange Orders, Repair Orders in accordance is Company procedures.
- Review and chase Customer quotes in line with your department’s targets.
- You should co-ordinate with shipping agents when instructed and necessary.
- Follow up with customer satisfaction surveys when required.
- Demonstrate, develop, and maintain excellent stakeholder/supplier relationships with people at all levels.
- Adhere to Gamit Limited’s processes and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Export Control regulations where relevant.
- Liaise with Accounts Department for invoicing queries and follow up when required
- Overlap and assist other colleagues when required in the department according to any immediate requirement
- Work within the company ISO9001 and ISO27001 management systems and contribute to continuous improvement of both systems.
- Any other tasks requested by management

**Requirements/Experience**:

- On the Job Training will be provided by one of our team.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE Maths and English at C grade.
- Aerospace related qualifications would be an advantage.
- Familiar with different currencies and conversions.
- Clean driver’s licence and passport.
- Awareness of ISO9001 and ISO27001 a benefit
