**Shipping / Logistics Administrator - L/Derry - Permanent**
- £Negotiable salary
- Monday to Friday, weekends off

**You will be part of an admin team responsible for the**:

- administration
- invoicing
- stock control
- export certification and compliance
- and smooth delivery of goods to customers across the world, in compliance with HMRC & Customs rules and regulations.

**Criteria**:

- Proven experience and knowledge in a Shipping or Administration role
- Experience working within a busy fast paced administrative / sales / logistics environment
- Strong Administrative Systems Knowledge (ERP, MS Office Suite)
- Experience inputting and validating data and information
- Liaising and communicating with Customers and Key Stakeholders
- Experience in the administration and coordination of Exports including associated Customs, HMRC and Shipping accreditation documentation
- Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Excel in the generation and analysis of Sales/Production data
