**Role Overview**:
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment. With a wide range of responsibilities and the chance to collaborate closely with the broader marketing team, this position will provide a dynamic and rewarding experience for those looking to make their mark in the field of marketing.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the marketing team in uploading content across the website and social media platforms using website CMS and social media scheduling tools.

Monitor social media platforms and engage in managing interactions.

Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders to compile and circulate monthly marketing reports.

Support in organising and delivering events, working closely with the wider team.

Work alongside the broader marketing team to assist in the creation and delivery of promotional materials for events.

Coordinate the ordering and delivery of stock for events, liaising with external suppliers for promotional items.

Efficiently manage the marketing inbox, ensuring queries are promptly forwarded to the correct person/department.

Provide ad hoc administrative support for the marketing team.

Support the CRM team with data entry and general housekeeping within the CRM system.

Act as the first point of contact for CRM inquiries via a Wrike form, ensuring prioritisation and proper handover to the correct person for follow-up.

**Key Skills & Experience**

This role would suit a recent marketing/business graduate looking to get into marketing, or a person who has previous experience in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit

A proactive and energetic approach to work

Previous experience using a website CMS, i.e. Wordpress or similar would be an advantage

Proofreading skills with good attention to detail

Previous experience using Hubspot would be an advantage

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Be able to handle constructive feedback in a positive way

Be able to manage own workload effectively, often working on multiple projects at a time
