**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
This is a patient facing role, delivering training & education, to support individuals going on to the Tandem t-slim insulin pump. Training is delivered both face to face, in groups and virtually via Microsoft Teams. Working alongside the Account Management team this role delivers a significant impact internally to support our rapidly growing sales, and of course externally to the clinical teams we work with and their patients.
- Training and in-servicing of Tandem/Air Liquide Insulin Pumps and ancillaries to relevant HCP’s and patients, face 2 face and virtually across a defined territory*
- Working in collaboration with the Account Manager, you may also be involved in the demonstration of our diabetes products to patients at ‘Show & Tell’ exhibitions to help them make an informed decision as to whether to choose an Air Liquide product.
- Maintain up to date understanding of local diabetes market characteristics and business drivers
- Seek & develop projects to enhance delivery of holistic diabetes care within territory
- Foster a mutually beneficial working relationship with all Account Managers
- Attendance at national team meetings, exhibitions and ad hoc meetings (dates are normally sent out at the beginning of the year)

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Registered General Nurse or Dietitian, essential. Diabetes experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to communicate with healthcare professionals as well as individuals with diabetes.
- Customer-oriented and service-driven you will want to deliver the best possible outcomes for internal and external customers
- Team player with the communication skills required to work closely with the Account Management Team to achieve Air Liquide Healthcare business objectives
- Agile and flexible in order to meet the needs of our growing business. You will have a broadly defined geographical territory but will be prepared to step in to support colleagues as required
- Problem solver to support the resolution of customer queries from the Customer Service and Account Management Team (training will be provided)
- Confident working in a virtual environment as well as Face 2 Face, with individuals and groups
- IT confident
