The successful candidate will be responsible for driving clinical excellence across the business, leading key business-driving projects, and providing clinical insights to create business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and delivery of key business-driving projects that require clinical expertise.
- Provide clinical insights to create business development opportunities for Air Liquide Healthcare.
- Identification and development of projects to enhance delivery of holistic diabetes care within regions across the UK & Ireland.
- Attendance at national team meetings, exhibitions, and ad hoc meetings.
- Maintenance of an up-to-date understanding of local diabetes market characteristics and business drivers.
- Collaboration with external partners to ensure alignment on brand harmonisation for clinical messaging, training, and education.
- Provide medical support and validation for Air Liquide Healthcare materials and collateral created by marketing.
- Support for HCPs through a referral pathway to support therapy optimisation and complex cases.
- Delivery of continued up-skilling training for the Diabetes field team.
- Participation in the onboarding education of new Air Liquide UK diabetes team members.
- Support for the Account Managers with key clinical messaging from the interpretation of relevant clinical studies.
- Support for the local delivery of regional/national study day events.
- Support for the Air Liquide UK commercial team in the preparation and submission of tenders where appropriate.
- A registered healthcare professional with a strong understanding of Diabetes management and the treatments available.
- Experience of educating and training HCPs within the diabetes market.
- Previous successful experience of development and deployment of innovative patient pathways.
- Previous experience of project management and deliverables.
- Experience of leading a clinical training activity.
- Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with previous experience of effective communication with healthcare professionals as well as individuals with diabetes.
- Team player with the communication skills required to work closely with the wider Diabetes Management Team to achieve Air Liquide Healthcare objectives.
- Agile and flexible in order to meet the needs of our growing activity.
- Problem solver to support the resolution of customer/patient queries from the Customer Service and Field Team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland with regular visits to Air Liquide Healthcare's head office in Droitwich.
