Job Title**:Peer advocate (CAPSA)**

Reports to: CAPSA Team Manager

**Salary**: £28,000

Geographic focus: Lambeth

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week (flexible and part-time working available)

Duration: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2024

Benefits: 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension contribution

We are working with Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA) to deliver a Black led culturally appropriate peer support and advocacy (CAPSA) service, designed by Black people for Black communities in Lambeth. CAPSA supports people who are feeling stressed, anxious, or are experiencing difficulties in accessing services that will improve their mental wellbeing. It will be made up of compassionate and caring individuals like you. We will also help community members who are already using mental health services and would like more support.

Do you have the skills to provide advocacy in a range of settings? We are looking for an energetic and passionate advocate to join our team. Our Advocates work in partnership with the people they support to represent their views and wishes and uphold their rights. CAPSA promotes social inclusion, equality and social justice through advocacy.
