**Summary**:
We are looking for individuals which are looking to work in close proximity with a child which has Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This will be based in the Carmarthen area. You will be responsible for tailoring the tasks to ensure these are completed to the best of the child's ability with guidance and structure. Experience in this area is preferred.

With the return to schools after such a long period in lockdown, pupils with Emotional and Behavioural difficulties are in need of structure more than ever. Therefore, a close relationship and support is necessary as pupils begin returning to their school environment. A brief overview of the ideal applicant is listed below:
Experience with individuals with Emotional and Behavioural difficulties and other learning obstacles
Has a De-escalation approach
Looking to provide specialist and high-quality learning support
Is driven by exceeding expectations and achieving the most from the pupils ability
Has experience working within a classroom environment and able to focus an individuals mindset accordingly
Creative and confident individual
