**Receptionist | 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday**
**Maidenhead**
Are you looking for a role where you can take ownership of the reception and be the ‘go to’ person for the building? Would you like to work between 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, in a prestigious office building, on the outskirts of Maidenhead?
In this fabulous role you will relish the opportunity to take ownership of the reception, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who comes into the building. You’ll take pride in everything you do to deliver an impeccable reception service and enjoy building relationships with everyone who works in the building. You’ll also ensure any building issues are reported and managed, keeping the off-site facilities team updated at all times.
You should be proactive, well-presented, comfortable working independently and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service.
**Hours and Salary**
Hours - 9.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary - £23,500 per annum
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of the reception and ensure it always presents well
- Professionally meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome
- Become the friendly face and ‘go to person’ at the building
- Manage reception sign-in processes and protocols
- Efficiently manage deliveries - including couriers and post
- Develop your local knowledge of the area and manage an amenities file with appropriate and useful information
- Produce a monthly newsletter for the tenants to keep them informed about local news, appropriate information (as and when required)
**The Building**
- Report any issues on eLog Books and liaise with contractors to ensure any maintenance issues are managed to resolution
- Take ownership of keys and passes for the building
- Pay attention to the security of the building, including daily checks of the building and outside space
- General Administration as required / a weekly report for key stakeholders
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service.
- Immaculately presented with proven experience in a similar role
- Self-motivated and confident working independently
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
