We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Operations to join a well-established, SME based in Leyland, Lancashire. We manufacture and distribute a variety of bespoke workwear and PPE including workwear, corporate clothing, promotional clothing and PPE to a range of customers and industries throughout the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference commercially within the business, as Head of Sales & Operations you will have full responsibility on driving the company forward to achieve some ambitious growth targets.

Previous experience in developing SMEs to enable the business to compete more effectively / competitively using innovative methods that allow the company to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel required to enable efficiency, creativity, and growth.

Ability to plan, organise and multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.

Plan and deliver budgets, Present Monthly Management Accounts.

Develop and implement effective growth strategies to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.

Plan, develop, manage, review, and assess the key business processes to promote and develop efficiency.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business and financial performance targets, working in a competitive market sector.

Create and implement the business Sales & Marketing strategy.

New Business Tender Management.

Promote a culture of growth through new business sales across the business.

Proven experience demonstrated in a B2B environment, ideally within the sewing / têxtile industry. “but not essential”

Be a proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven person.

Flexible approach and ‘can do’ attitude, who can adapt quickly to new challenges.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
