As our Finance Director, you’ll not only optimise our strategicposition in the present; you’ll lead the future transformation of our business systems and reporting methods.
**Do You Offer ?**
- At least three years of experience in a Finance Director role
- Bank relationship experience
- Full accountant qualification, via CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
- Full budget management experience - P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Microsoft Excel expertise - building models, complex formulae, table linkages

As our Financial Director, you’ll be at the heart of a five-person senior leadership team, overseeing an annual, multiproduct budget for some £23m of sales. You’ll overarch the business’s entire financial framework, with one direct report - a Financial Controller,and three indirect reports - a Management Accountant and two Finance Assistants.
Building on discussions and updates on cashflow forecast, from your Financial Controller, you’ll occupy the strategic space above financial routine and operations. You’ll liaise regularly with the bank, coordinate stakeholders, and provide key insights atquarterly commercial and monthly leadership team meetings.
