We are an interdisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and behavioral analysts and are an interdisciplinary team in London that has behaviour analysis as an integral part of our therapy approach. We are well known for being able to best support children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders, however this area is not our only focus.

The Children’s Place is seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic Receptionist/Team assistant to join the team; someone who loves working with children and is passionate about the little ones’ development.

As the Ambassador of First Impressions, you will assist in the smooth daily operations of the clinic and dynamic office environment. Responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to:
1. Completing office administration tasks

a) Assisting with general administrative support (e.g. filing, scanning, printing etc.)

b) Performing basic financial record keeping

c) Sorting mail and delivering to appropriate team members

d) Scheduling management of the team and therapy rooms - being able to problem solve scheduling difficulties that arise

e) Taking minutes at team meetings

f) Managing calls, taking new referrals and taking care of any action points that arise

g) Responsible for overall organisation of clinic including office, therapy rooms, storage room etc.

h) Responsible for overall organisation of online data systems

2. Managing general clinic

a) Ensuring clinic is presentable, clean, organised and tidy

b) Answer the door and greeting families and providing them with refreshments

c) Running errands, ordering supplies

3. Acting as the personal assistant to the founder, clinic manager as well as acting as a team assistant

a) Ensuring smooth communication between founder, clinic manager, team and families

b) Note taking

c) Data entry

d) Assisting Clinic manager in daily duties

e) Supporting the team to put away toys, tidy rooms or any other support needed

- Maximizes time in order to accomplish as many tasks as possible in a timely manner keeping in mind prioritizing tasks as needed.

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Must display a high level of professionalism at all times
- Independent, with the ability to self-motivate and show initiative
- Strong skills with using Microsoft office, and Google Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
