**Job Summary**

A bright and presentable secretary/ receptionist required for a busy private General Medical Practice in Chelsea.

Excellent communication, typing and IT skills needed, together with the ability to remain calm and multitask under pressure.

Punctuality, discretion, quick learning and attention to detail essential.

Medical secretarial experience not essential but may help.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Greeting and taking payments from patients.

Making appointments using our software package.

Dealing with mail and e mail.

Answering phones and other admin tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills**

IT literacy

Typing competence

Fluent spoken and written English

Common sense

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
