We’re looking for a driven, full-time Made to Measure Specialist with exceptional customer service experience to join our store in Leeds. As the Made to Measure Specialist, you will have the opportunity to join a small dedicated team, work in an environment where your ideas and dedication can help the growing success of the store and our brand, steeped in history and heritage. You will need to excel in offering a high-end customer service to existing and new clients, while also being able to build a strong rapport to gain repeat business and a client base. In store, you will be the brand ambassador and the link between the products and customers, so we're looking for a confident and sales-focused individual who can deliver a positive and friendly customer service approach, using strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Overview of Role**
The Made to Measure Specialist is the face of the Carl Stuart Tailors brand to the client and is responsible for providing them a complete tailoring experience. In the position, you will represent the best of British Made to Measure tailored craftsmanship through delivering a high level of customer service and clientele management, with the goal of encouraging repeat spend and brand loyalty. Your job is to act as an ambassador of the brand in line with business goals and achieve sales targets as outlined by your manager, supporting the overall growth and profitability of the store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver the highest level of customer service and offer an exceptional one-to-one experience ensuring the client comes first. Being able to build a strong relationship with your client base to gain repeat business and increase sales
- Show up-to-date knowledge of MtM skills and techniques
- Being able to achieve individual and store targets
- Work productively within a team and also being able to work as an individual in control of the store and customers
- Maintain visual merchandising and shop standards to a high end - including assisting with deliveries, stock room and shop floor organisation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A competitive drive to achieving sales targets
- Knowledgeable and excited about tailoring
- Excellent communication skills
- Administration skill and understanding of retail procedures
- Understanding of retail trends, shopping habits and competitor activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
