About the Company:
This company is looking for someone with faultless attention to detail as your role is pivotal to the company’s growth plans for providing the most accurate information to colleagues.
Our client is a commercial property advisory with a focus on Central London, aiming to expand regionally. They work with occupiers and landlords on their respective real estate strategies. Despite the pandemic, they have remained active and plan to scale theiroperations in the next three years by creating specialist teams.
The company currently have four core teams, including Client Solutions, Flexible Workspace Advisory, Office Agency Advisory, and Marketing & Operations. As the company continues to grow, its aim is to establish teams of experts who will define their areas ofexpertise.
They prioritise being ahead of their competition by having quality data and generating leads, paying attention to crucial detail. They pride themselves on being a company that values hard work and collaboration within its working team, rewarding its employeeswith incentives such as trips and fancy lunches.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will support the Client Solutions team by generating a constant stream of high quality, qualified leads.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Researching existing and prospective clients to enable the company to contact the right companies at the right time
- Helping the team to build great working relationships and offer best in class advice to clients
- Researching and calling senior decision-makers and C-Suites at some of the most exciting and fast growing companies
- Tracking lease events, fundraising rounds, IPO’s, business news and the internal database
- Undertaking ongoing sales training and learning to become an expert in a range of Sales systems

About You:

- You are skilled in database management and data inputting
- You are willing to undertake outbound calling and prospecting
- You have an excellent attention to detail
- You are a confident speaker, especially with executive level decision makers
- You have experience in either B2B or B2C cold calling
- You are hardworking and self-motivated
- You work well under pressure and have experience working to deadlines
