This is an important role within the Society for someone who is highly motivated, learning focussed, and excited about driving forwarding improvement in all aspects of the role.

Working with colleagues across the Society you will be responsible for helping ‘Heads of Function' and change delivery teams within our mortgages functions understand and manage risk to deliver mortgage services and change more effectively and efficiently.

We're looking for someone with experience in either mortgage operations and servicing, operational risk or related fields and experience of projects/change risks. More importantly we want someone who is driven to improve and able to pick up new requirements quickly. Finally, you need to be great at dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders, ranging from Executive to SME level.

**What will you bring to the role?**

Experience of performing risk assessments/RCSA within a financial services or consulting environment.

Experience of oversight over change / transformation activities.

Experience of 2nd line incident reporting and analysis (would also consider someone with mainly 1st line incident reporting experience).

Independently minded, analytical and able to challenge constructively and professionally.

Strong relationship and engagement skills.

Experience of working in financial services or similar highly regulated industry desirable.
