We are looking to add an experienced Hire/Logistics/Operations professional to our internal logistics and repair team out at our Kintore site. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for servicing our energy and renewables clients, coordinatingmachinery hires & delivery, and sales quotations. Great opportunity to come on board with a company leaning into the renewables sector and experiencing exciting growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing and administering of deliveries and other logístical requirements.
- Preparation and submission of quotes in consultation with Proposals & Logistics Manager and management.
- Tracking quotations.
- Provision of technical advice and information to clients and prospective clients.
- Update of information in rental and certification databases.
- Preparation and submission of sales invoices.
- Produce system generated management reports.
- Overseeing operations and Inbound / Outbound Logistics, scheduling import and export shipments (by air, sea or land).
- Liaising between office and workshop/yard functions.

**Package**

Full-time & Permanent - 37.5 hours week

Mon - Fri 0830 - 1700 hours with an hour for lunch

29 days + 4 public holidays

Auto-enrolment pension scheme 5% Employer Contribution & 3% Employee

Death in Service Benefit 4 x salary
