We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor to work within a family business situated in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Our client is well known in their industry and has clients all over the world. That is why we are looking for a Workshop manager who has an eye for detail, a passion for people and the motivation to lead from the front. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company and team who are passionate about their work.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the day to day running of the workshop.
- Manage 8+ semi-skilled warehouse operators
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest of standards.
- Delegate manufacturing workloads
- Ensure all health & safety.
- Train and manage workers
- Quality control check work
- Work closely with the directors

Person Requirements
- Previous experience of similar role working within a Manufacturing/Engineering environment
- Strong experience and competence in the following - metal work, drilling holes, hole tapping and threading, using sealants, wiring, measuring, electrical tools
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service.
- A full, clean driving licence.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am till 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am till 2pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000 -£35,000 per year
