**Customer Service Assistant - Join Our Ecommerce Team**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing outstanding customer service through various channels, including live chat, by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Assisting with online ecommerce shopping experience, and ensuring smooth order processing.
- Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
- Supporting the team in maintaining accurate records and reports related to customer interactions and sales.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year (Salary brackets may vary based on experience and the ability to contribute significantly to our business.)
