This role is specifically focused on managing the requirements of approximately 200 customers, ranging in size from 15 to 4,000 staff. You will be the principal point of day-to-day contact for HR managers who buy our services.

**The core responsibilities of the role are**:

- Data capture of customer information using EAP specialist software.
- Respond to customer queries about scope of service, contractual terms and other ad-hoc requests.
- Ownership of distinct customer group, including delivery of account management meetings.
- Ongoing management of customer contact databases (including Mailchimp).
- Customer support for digital hub access and setup.
- Onboarding and settling of new customers.
- Offboarding of cancelled customer contracts.
- Control of customer collateral, including creating using Adobe.
- Support with booking and delivery of additional services across all departments.
- Provide daily responses to access code requests.
- Assist with preparation and statistical analysis of service usage using Excel and our EAP Software.
- Assist with investigation of complaints within the context of GDPR and client confidentiality.
- Have a proven experience in a B2B account management role.
- Have worked in a fast-paced small business environment, where flexibility and adaptability is standard.
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Have strong attention to detail, and be accurate and precise when preparing documents and entering data.
- Possess good inter-personal and communication skills and build positive relationships with key customers.
- Be able to demonstrate strong MS Office proficiencies.
- Remain calm and professional when faced with multiple, conflicting priorities.
- Approach potentially complex requests in a positive manner and seek to problem solve effectively and diligently.
- Experience of the HR services, employee benefits, healthcare, OH or mental health sectors is a bonus.

**Reporting**:
Reporting to the Account Management Director.

**Location**:
A mixture of an office-based role at our offices in Croydon and home-working.

**Salary**:
£25,000 - £26,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
