**Role: Digital Analyst**
**Location: Oxfordshire**
My client, a household name in the luxury fashion/accessory retail industry operating worldwide, is searching for a digital analyst to join their growing team. This role will see you utilising membership data and owned media engagement to providing digitalinsights to support the design of digital campaigns.
You will be responsible for the commercial modelling of digital programmes, KPI forecasting and reporting on analytics to enable key leaders to make informed decisions on strategy and translate customer data into tangible campaigns to improve customer experienceand repeat customer retention. This role requires a strategic thinker who looks at the bigger picture and comes from an analytical and technical background
**Some of what you will be doing**:
- Collating and analysing customer, marketing and digital media data
- Testing and defining key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Providing suggestions to increase campaign performance
- Report on findings from digital analysis and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders at all levels
- Devising dashboards, data visualisations, campaigns, and owned media performance reports
- Staying on top of key marketing and digital media trends
- Reporting data to key decision makers to inform overall digital strategy
**A bit about you**:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience with analytic/reporting tools including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Data Studio and Tableau
- Keen understanding of omnichannel digital marketing
- An analytic and strategic thinker
- Ability to solve problems and devise data-driven solutions
- Impeccable interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English, any other languages extremely advantageous
