Helpdesk Administrator

Working in one of our support teams in our modern, spacious and comfortable office in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, alongside your colleagues you will be responsible for and contribute towards working with suppliers to provide an excellent level of service to our Partners (customers).
The role benefits from 25 days holiday on top of public holidays, working office hours in the main.
A typical day will involve processing and updating orders/ faults, answering questions about products/ services, administration and technical support.
Don’t be put off if you haven’t done telecommunications before, we provide job role specific training, we just ask you have good communication skills, customer empathy, attention to detail, self-motivation and the ability to manage and prioritise several tasks at once.
Plus, if we haven’t already caught your attention, we provide free lunch on a daily basis too

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:
- Experience within a Customer Services environment
- IT literate
