**Warehousing Associate**
Bromsgrove,
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (9:00-17:00, 1 hour lunch)

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour - overtime available

A Bromsgrove-based distributor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their expanding team.
This fantastic opportunity offers the chance to work for a leader in their field with future progression on offer. In addition to administrative tasks, this position presents the chance to contribute to the company's social media department as well as exhibitions.

**The Role**:

- Dealing with and efficiently communicating to customers any stock/order queries, questions, or damaged goods.
- Processing warehouse good ins/outs while maintaining accurate system records.
- Dealing with delivery and collection drivers.
- Input and maintenance of stock records and stock locations.
- Working alongside warehouse staff, pickers, forklift operators assisting in stock checks and investigating discrepancies.
- Using multiple IT packages including MS office and our own in-house traffic and warehouse management systems.
- High level of customer service
- A professional and co-do attitude.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- A high level of computer literacy - particularly Microsoft Office/ Outlook.
- An ability to work with others in a calm, respectful and professional manner.
- Focused on delivering a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible with time and duties.
- Reliable, good timekeeping, aware of H&S
- Healthcare experience (desirable)
